Our rates are the same year-round, with the exception of special events such as Ironman Week, during which higher rates may apply. There is a two-night minimum stay requirement for the Midnight Dream and Sunrise Rooms and a two-night minimum on all rooms during holiday weekends (New Year's, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
All rates are per night, plus tax, and are for up to two people per room; please see below for additional-person rates and available discounts. A full, multi-course gourmet breakfast is included in all rates. There are six rooms to choose from, of which we rent five at any given time.

To guarantee a confirmed reservation, a non-refundable deposit of the first night's room rates, including taxes, will be charged to your VISA or MasterCard account.
AAA - Members of AAA or CAA with a current valid membership card receive the AAA discount on a single-night stay in any room.
Please note that we have one fully accessible guest room (Spring) and the entire main floor is accessible. An electric wheelchair lift is provided at the main portico entry.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Guests are responsible for payment in full, including taxes, for all nights for which they have confirmed reservations. If you must cancel for any reason up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund any payment in excess of the non-refundable deposit, less a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made after that date will forfeit the full amount paid; if we are able to re-book the same room(s) for the same night(s) at the same rate(s), we will refund the amount over your deposit to you, less the same processing fees.
